1. Subscription Plans and Cancellations

Airbook offers subscription plans for access to its Services. The available plans, pricing, and features are subject to change and will be updated periodically on our website. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to the billing terms outlined at the time of purchase.

• Subscription Duration: Subscription plans are billed either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection at the time of subscription.
• Billing Cycle: Charges will be applied at the start of each billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for cancellations mid-cycle.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe, and you agree to comply with Stripe’s terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues related to payment processing or fees charged by Stripe.

2. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users to explore the Services ("Free Trial"). The following terms apply:

• Eligibility: Free Trials are available only to first-time users of Airbook and are subject to our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke a Free Trial for any reason.
• Duration: The Free Trial period will last for 14 days unless otherwise specified during sign-up.
• Features: Access during the Free Trial may be limited compared to paid subscription plans.
• Automatic Transition to Paid Subscription: At the end of the Free Trial, you will be automatically enrolled in the subscription plan you selected during sign-up, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged unless you cancel before the Free Trial ends.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Free Trial at any time before the end of the trial period to avoid charges.
• Changes to Free Trial: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Free Trial offer at any time without prior notice.

3. Use of the Services

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Airdisc Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
